Name
Dropping Bragging Rights!
Mrs.
Berbeza just adores meeting the authors and illustrators of children's
books. Sometimes Mrs. Berbeza remembers to take her camera, and
sometimes she doesn't. But, this is the place to check to see the
pictures of when she actually does have a camera!

On Monday, September 27, 2004,
Mrs. Berbeza met Lane Smith and Jon Scieszka.
to see their
pictures. |

Mrs. Berbeza went to the Diamond State Reading Conference. Ron
Clark was the keynote speaker. Unfortunately, he moved around so
much, Mrs. Berbeza's pictures really didn't turn out!

This is Jerry Pallotta. He was also at the DSRA Conference. Click here to see the rest of his pictures.

OK, OK, so this isn't an author. Just checking to see if you were
paying attention! This is Mrs. Berbeza presenting her Froggie Unit
at the DSRA Conference. Amazingly enough, we actually ran out of
chairs and a few folks sat on the floor!

Jerry Pallotta
Children's
book author Jerry Pallotta came to visit our school Monday, March 27th, 2006, in the
evening and all day Tuesday, March 28th. This was a big event for our
school. We were very lucky to have him. He did presentations for
all of the children and staff on those days as well as meeting with parents
for a special breakfast and lunch! We really enjoyed meeting him because
he was interesting and funny. The library added many of his
books to the shelves. They are available to be checked out. He
makes math FUN!!
