The Dean of Students at Gauger-Cobbs
promote a positive but stern expectation of the students they monitor and
assists. Each Dean is assigned to a grade level as listed below.
The Guidance Counselor at Gauger-Cobbs assist students with special situations and preparing them for high school course selections.
The Support Programs that have been incorporated into the daily routine at Gauger is called Positive Behavior Support "PBS". PBS is a program that uses incentives to encourage appropriate behaviors from students. Students will have the opportunity to earn "Cobra Cash" by demonstrating acceptable behaviors, both in the classroom and the overall school community. Students are encouraged to earn as much "Cobra Cash" as possible in order to maximize their opportunities to benefit from the program.
