Downes PTA

At the January PTA meeting we discussed the many upcoming events. Work continues on planning next fall's fundraiser — to replace the catalog sale — with a Walk-a-thon/Spirit Day or similar active, inclusive, and healthy event. Anyone interested in being on the planning committee, please contact Ms. Hudson at hudsons@christina.k12.de.us.

We hope you will join us for the February PTA meeting on the 7th (not the 6th!) at 6:00 p.m.

Child advocacy is at the heart of PTA's mission and vision. PTA's Advocacy Network is a simple way to get involved and helps you stay informed on federal policies affecting children. Connect with policymakers at the local, state and federal levels, as well as your community and the media.
