Congratulations to the 2008-2009 Competition Cheer Squad
for Winning Their 4th State Title

Congratulations to the Viking Competitive Cheerleading Squad for winning the 2009 State Championships!  This season the team accumulated three 1st place trophies, one grand champion award, one 2nd place finish, two 3rd place finishes and a "Best Dance" award, all en route to their final destination, recapturing the title of Delaware State Champions!

Team members:  Seniors - Taylor McCusker (Captain), Jasmine Orange (Captain),Kelsey Branigan, Angelique Cassell, Jackie Mayhart, Jenn McElrone,  Cate Smelstays, Jenniera Williamson; Juniors - Kashya Thomas (Captain), Desire Alford,  Lindsey Alvarez, Amber Ashley, Indyia Hagans, Porsha Harvey, Andrea Jackson, Sejal Mehra,  Nadiya Riggerio, Nadaya Watson; Freshman -  Fallon Dowe, Shaleah Ingram, Jessica Rodriquez, Caitlyn Puffinberger,  Tierra Major, and Britni Taylor.

The Christiana community is extremely proud of these outstanding student athletes.
