About Us...
Welcome to Henry M. Brader Elementary School
where we hold high expectations for the
success and achievement of all our
children!! We are an enthusiastic school
community dedicated to providing a quality
instructional program for our students. The
Brader staff works diligently to foster a
positive school climate that ensures a
child's opportunity to gain knowledge,
develop self-esteem and be motivated to
attend and achieve. We strive to foster
individual initiative and build a network of
open communication and teamwork between
students, parents and staff. The Brader
School Panel has involved the school
community in the collaborative development
of a School Improvement Plan which includes
our Mission Statement, Vision Statement,
Instructional Focus and Instructional Goals.
We are devoted to the effective
implementation of this plan to ensure that
our school is focused on student learning
and growth. We warmly welcome you to visit

community hard at work!
