2009-10 School Choice for
Title I Schools Under Improvement
Based on the Spring 2009 Delaware
State Testing Program (DSTP)
results, Bancroft, Pulaski and
Stubbs
Elementary
Schools, as well as the suburban
Middle and High Schools, are
classified as Under
Improvement (UI) per the
requirements of No Child Left Behind
law. This identification means
several things for our schools.
Because these schools are classified
as UI, all parents with children
enrolled in these schools may elect
to send their child to selected
schools in the district that have
not been identified as UI for the
2009-2010 school year. Since all of
the CSD High Schools are UI, there
is no HS option from which parents
can select. The links below provide
information to parents who are
enrolling students in any of these
schools and who are interested in
learning more about available
options.
