3-Year Strategic Plan
The Christina School District adopted a
three-year Strategic Plan in April 2010
entitled the “Christina Plan
 for
Excellence.” Students,
parents, staff, community members, and
local representatives participated in
the Strategic Planning Process.
The final plan includes goals,
objectives, and measurements that
address all areas of student and school
success.

Christina School District Balanced Scorecard
In order to
implement effective performance management systems
and improve operational effectiveness, the Christina
School District has
designed a Balanced Scorecard.
The scorecard is a
tool for leadership to
communicate outcomes and performance to all
stakeholders on how the district is achieving its
mission and objectives as outlined in the Strategic
Plan. The Balanced Scorecard has indicators of
success in several areas including, but not limited
to, student achievement, parental involvement,
leadership effectiveness, school climate,
student/staff relationships, and use of facilities.
