Message from Christina Superintendent Dr. Lillian Lowery
Thank you for supporting the
referendum!
Today, you spoke out and supported full funding
for the Community Consensus Plan by voting for Referendum Option A.
You sent a message that creating neighborhood schools is the right
choice for this District and its families. In doing so, you pledged
your support for the future of our schools and communities.
Thank you for making this a reality.
This historic moment would not have been
possible without the commitment and contributions of our parents,
employees, community leaders, and thoughtful citizens. This
successful referendum has truly demonstrated a sense of unity and
involvement from all areas of our district. I will make a
commitment to you that the District will continue this type of open,
honest communication with our public as we work together in the
future to provide outstanding educational opportunities for all
students.
Thank you once again for your support of the
referendum on behalf of our students and schools. We are ready for
the many new opportunities that await us in the Christina School
District, and we have you to thank for making them possible.
